Goods delivery delays and, as a result, disruptions in production, are the most acute problems of importers. It often turns into the disputes about customs value or classification of goods.
Lawyers of First Chair Legal, Oleg Kyryievskyi and Maria Khoma, will dwell upon the typical reasons for revocation of the customs decisions by court. Knowing them, importers will be good at arguments against such decisions.
