Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce is encouraged to see all the reforms that Ukrainian energy market is going through and becoming more transparent and therefore attractive for international and Norwegian companies to invest in, for instance in renewable sector. We are indeed glad to see that Ukraine is planning to start gas production in the Black Sea which creates room for Norwegian service companies to enter Ukrainian marked with their technologies and experience from offshore industry. In addition to the existing Norwegian investments in renewable energy (both solar and wind), a national strategy for the production of hydrogen is now being developed in Ukraine, which will open up new opportunities for Norwegian investments.
