• Masterclass with Ilya Bachurin on Creativity: How can an entrepreneur develop one’s flexibility and find disruptive solutions?

Ilya Bachurin is a social psychologist, business coach, trainer and consultant who has 8 years of experience in providing training for international companies, and have developed more than 40 training programs, with more than 15,000 people trained. During the masterclass you will become acquainted with different types of approaches, techniques and practices to creativity, as methods of exploring non-standard solutions for doing business. What are the capabilities and limitations for creativity as a skill? What types of methods can stimulate thinking and develop the skill of “creating something new”? What are some neurobiological life hacks to quickly improve creativity? We will learn about this, and more during the masterclass.

Afterwards we will open up for networking, were you will get the opportunity to meet new, former and already familiar faces from the Young Entrepreneurs programme!
