New Law of Ukraine 'On Limited and Additional Liability Companies'

On 17 June 2018 the Law of Ukraine “On Limited and Additional Liability Companies” No. 2275-VIII dated 6 February 2018 came into force. The Law introduces major changes to the regulations that apply to the companies with limited and additional liability (LLC), defines their legal status, the procedure for their creation, activity and termination, the rights and obligations of their participants. The new law also introduces a number of progressive corporate law instruments that did not previously exist in national legislation.
