Arzinger experts co-authored An International Guide to Corporate Internal Investigations by ABA

Partners in Arzinger, Kateryna Gupalo and Lana Sinichkina, and Associate Yurii Kleban were invited to author the Ukrainian chapter for An International Guide to Corporate Internal Investigations. The book’s publisher is the American Bar Association, the largest voluntary association of lawyers in the world. The foreword for this book has been written by Sally Yates, former United States Attorney General.

The book introduces readers to the complex and developing area of corporate internal investigations and uncovers a myriad of issues for additional legal consideration and advice. It considers the landscape and legal framework of the specific jurisdiction and provides a practical narration as to best practice in each.

Alongside with representatives of Allen & Overy, Bar&Karrer and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, Arzinger experts are among 40 highly skilled practitioners contributing to the book from 11 key jurisdictions.
