The Government of Ukraine has approved the list large state-owned companies to be privatized in 2018

The Government of Ukraine has approved the list of 23 large state-owned companies to be privatized in 2018. The assets belong to different industries, such as energy, infrastructure, agriculture, chemical, and others.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On privatization,” the buyers of the assets may be citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens, persons without citizenship, legal entities registered on the territory of Ukraine, as well as legal persons of other states. The State Property Fund of Ukraine is fully committed to the transparent privatization of Ukrainian state-owned assets in accordance with international standards.
