Diligent Capital Partners (DCP), is a Ukrainian mid-market private equity firm, now launching its second USD 150 MILL fund for Ukraine. DCP will provide growth equity capital to support the globalization path of Ukrainian SMEs - primarily in the agribusiness, technology, and other export oriented sectors. The Fund has already received commitments from anchor investors including FMO (Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden) and EBRD and a number of private local and regional investors.

Dr.techn. Olav Olsen AS provides services in the fields of structural engineering, marine engineering, geotechnical and environmental engineering and hydrology. The volume of assignments is mainly related to all types of buildings, transport, industry and ports, dams, marine and offshore structures, including aquaculture and renewable energy. We work with all phases of a project, such as concept studies, detailed design, verification, follow-up in the construction phase, condition assessments, lifetime extensions, reconstruction and rehabilitation.
