Markian Malskyy elected as a new managing partner of ARZINGER
ARZINGER, one of Ukraine’s top law firms and a valued member of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC), has named Markiyan Malskyy as its new Managing Partner, effective May 1, 2025. He succeeds Timur Bondaryev, the firm’s Founding Partner, who has led ARZINGER for nearly 23 years.
“The reason I decided to resign from the position I have held for many years to give the new generation of partners a chance to step into it,” said Timur Bondaryev. “I am convinced that under Markian’s leadership, ARZINGER will continue its steady progress and increase its market share.” Bondaryev will remain actively involved in the firm as Founding and Senior Partner.
Markiyan Malskyy, who rejoined ARZINGER as a partner in January 2025, has been part of the firm for over 15 years. He is an attorney-at-law, LL.D, Honorary Consul of Austria in Lviv, and former Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration. His practice focuses on investment projects and international dispute resolution.
“It is a great honor for me to take over as managing partner of ARZINGER, a law firm that, over more than two decades, has become a symbol of legal excellence in Ukraine and far beyond,” said Malskyy. “Together with our top-notch team, one of the strongest in the market, we will work on the company’s further proactive growth.”
Malskyy’s professional achievements have been recognized by leading legal directories such as Chambers Global, The Legal 500, and Best Lawyers.
