NUCC Privacy Policy

 

Your privacy is important to us, and this privacy policy describes how the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC) collects and uses your personal data. This privacy policy is based on the applicable privacy legislation in Norway, including the Personal Data Act and the EU Privacy Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). NUCC does not store or process sensitive personal data about you.

 

The processing of personal data

It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal data in connection with our services, such as receiving newsletters and registering for events. Failure to provide personal data may result in NUCC not being able to provide such services to you. The reason for the collection of personal data by NUCC is in order to fulfill our agreement with the individual, which involves, for example, sending newsletters and registering for events.

 

Newsletter

NUCC sends newsletters to both members and its network. In order for us to send an email to the correct person, you must register your name (optional) and email address. This information is not shared with other companies, and is removed when we are informed that you no longer wish to receive information from NUCC.

 

Events

NUCC uses external data storage services for the purpose of safely managing registrations for events at all times. When registering, each individual is asked to register their name, e-mail, organization. Our digital events and meetings take place via external communication platforms.

 

Cookies policy

  • We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behavior on the NUCC page. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on.   • Third Party Cookies are cookies by external websites whose services are used on this site. Cookies are currently added by Facebook and Sharethis. Cookies of this type are the sharing buttons across the site, which allow visitors to share content on social networks. In order to implement these buttons and connect them to the relevant social networks and external sites, there are scripts from domains outside of our website. You should be aware that these sites are likely to be collecting information about what you are doing on the internet, including on this website. Registered rights

NUCC reserves the right to change or update this privacy policy. The amended conditions will apply both to the processing of data already collected and to personal data that is processed after the updated privacy privacy has been published.
