A full-day workshop led by NUCC International Trade Committee and First Chair Legal, covering free trade agreements between Ukraine and Norway, rules of origin, customs procedures, and practical exercises to help Ukrainian companies prepare for exporting to Norway.

• Preferential and non-preferential origin
• Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean (PEM) Rules of Origin
• Rules for obtaining preferential origin:
  • Rule I: "Wholly obtained (produced) in the country of export" (with practical examples)
  • Rule II: "Sufficient processing (working)" (with practical examples)
  • Rule III: Cumulation of origin (including materials from the EU) (with practical examples)
• Documentary evidence of origin (EUR.1, declaration of origin)
