Current Version of the Pan-Euro-Med Convention, Alternative Rules of Origin, and the Revised Convention – What’s in Effect Now, What Will Soon Become Obsolete, and What Will Come into Force?

The key question is: How can goods with a 0% customs duty be exported under these changes?

On December 3 at 15:00, Oleg Kyryievskyi, Iryna Pavlenko, and Olena Panakhyd invite you to an online event where they will provide a detailed overview of the rules for determining Pan-Euro-Med origin.

During the event, we will discuss:

• What the "revised rules of origin" are, which will come into force on January 1, 2025;
• Which countries the updated rules will apply to, and which will continue using the previous rules;
• Issues related to the application of cumulation;
• How these changes will impact businesses with the status of an authorized exporter;
• And many other useful insights (we hope) about rules of origin and the possibility of exporting without customs duties.
